Namaste.

My name is Lisa (aka Lady Norway)

I am an Energy Healer and an Usui Reiki Master, an Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner, a Sound Healing Facilitator, Lightworker, Wayshower, Animal Intuitive, Spiritual Seeker, Sensitive Being. I have recently completed my Certification for Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner's course (June 2025) which is an amazing alternative healing modality that is and will continue to really help people become their healthiest, best versions of themselves. Sound is how it all began and now research and science is proving what the Mystics and Ancient cultures have known for millennia. Sound heals. This modality being made more available is such Divine timing because as more and more of us on the planet are "waking up" there will be such a need for this kind of support. For nervous system regulation, to help get out of the relentless survivor mode of fight of flight and back into a place of PEACE, of restoration, replenishing us and our energy bodies, back IN TUNE - In Harmony with the All That Is. I look forward to be able to provide this new healing modality to my existing and future clients.

I am a Reiki Inspired Creatrix of Art and hand made products. My medium at the moment is mixed media ( but I love creating in all kinds of mediums) and all my art and products that I create are infused with Reiki and made with Love. My YouTube channel has been a very creative outlet for me and when I feel the call I put stuff on there so stay tuned!

I have many gifts. My intuition and the ability to feel and be intuitively guided is one of my super powers. I have travelled through and out the other side of grief and consider that experience as one of my biggest blessings. It taught me how to really Live, Love and be Loved. Another one of my superpowers is that I can facilitate and hold 'big space" for you and your journey, be it grief, loss, illness, injury, transition of any kind because I have been there. I have learned how to build my life around my grief, including it in my life experience, not trying to "get over it" to discard it or to "try to let it go" but by honouring my feelings, by embodying it and sharing that process with others, being of service to Humanity and the Collective as a whole. I volunteer at my local Hospice centre once a week, providing Reiki Healing treatments to the lovely people of my Community who are navigating their own Hospice journeys. It is a big part of my practice and I feel very blessed and grateful to be able to give back in such a beautiful way.

My connection to Spirit, my Guides, Archangels and Healing Angles, Ancestors, Crossed-over loved ones and my many Animal helpers (in the physical and non-physical) is truly amazing, and I am humble and grateful for it everyday. I am an Intuitive reader of Tarot and Oracle cards and I can look into the Astrology (Collective and Personal) to help decipher the energies present, so that I can provide the best healing outcomes for you, myself and the All That Is.

My Ancestors, my roots and my family of origin have been a very big part of my healing journey. I am from a long line of Norwegian/Scottish/English and even a wee bit of Irish Ancestors, where I received many of my healing gifts from. I feel it as a lineage of powerful Matriarchs, (and of course some men too) of Shield Maidens, Warriors, Druids, Healers, Witches, Shamans, Mystics, the Healed Divine Masculine and the Healed Divine Feminine expression. I embody my Mother's Mother's Mother's Grandmother's Mother's ( and so on..) qualities of intuition, inner knowing, wisdom, nurturing, compassion, receptivity, creativity, resilience, bravery, courage, strength and perseverance. Their blood is racing through my veins and it is in my bones and because of that connection I have been able to heal many a timeline, tapping into the energies, receiving their support and guidance. Hearing them say "We are so proud of you, keep going, keep becoming who we know and your Soul knows, who you are truly meant to be!! Thank you for doing all the things that we could not do..."

I will continue to honour them in this way.

I am also a Mother to Colton and Brooke, a wife and life-partner to a really special guy, my best friend, Doug. I am a lover of all animals especially Sheba, T-bone, Daisy May, Ms. Tash, Olive, Lucy, Marco, The "Big 3" & the horses of the herd and all the Angels covered in fur who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. In the physical there is Mittsy, the cutest and most spoiled tuxedo cat ever, Gordie the orange Tabby ( his full name is King Gord Downie Junior ) and last but not least, our 2 latest additions to our family, rescues Emmy Lou and Luger (2 wild and crazy pooches that bring the LOVE!!)

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I love everything that this amazing part of the planet has to offer. The oceans, lakes, rivers, mountains, trees; the impeccable beauty of Nature. Some of my best times are camping, watching the sun set and then looking up at the stars and the Moon, listening to the waves crashing along the shoreline...what a beautiful life!!

I am a Taurus Sun, Taurus Rising, Venus in Gemini with an Aquarius Moon so I am here to hold space for you, to anchor in the LIGHT, to really see you, hear you and to help you to surrender to the flow of LOVE that will HEAL you.
