Moon Magic.

La Lune. Luna. Mother Moon.

The feminine embodiment.

She, who governs our emotions. Her watery caress ebbs and flows over us, just like the tides which she also creates. Her powerful magnetic and energetic pull regulates our internal seas as well, bringing the life cycle to the shore by triggering the release and/or the planting of our divine sparks of light. She truly is a magnificent force. Approximately every 29.5 days a new cycle begins as one ends. Dark to light and back to dark again. Birth, death and then rebirth. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. Cyclical. Never ending. Depending on where the Sun shines upon her. She does nothing except receive the light, that is her nature. She is the epitome of receptive and nurturing. In turn she is able to illuminate our earthly realm, reflecting that light and her wisdom upon us.

The Ultimate Mother. Revered in most ancient cultures. Worshiped by many a Witch, Healer, Mystic, Priestess. Healing Circles in the forests, ancestral lines. Rituals passed down through, Grandmothers to Mothers. Sisterhoods, kept secret, hidden, because of the threat of death due to the knowledge of the powerful, transformative energies within that connection and the deeply profound healing capabilities She can facilitate. That force presented the possibility of empowerment for the feminine aspect and could not be allowed, it was repressed, the balance undermined, but the energies were always available and waiting for us to remember. Bringing back our ability to Co-Create, to gather once again in circles, in community to heal ourselves!

The more you work with her, the more you end up knowing about yourself, your true self, your soul. She works deeply with our souls. She knows the deepest parts of us and Moon Magic offers the ability to get to know those deepest parts, that connection to the Earth, the Universe, Source and the All that Is. She is your doorway, your portal to a pathway of understanding the rhythm of your soul's purpose, your souls song. Let her be the composer to the orchestra of your life. Let her be your guide. Just look up and even if you can't see her, you can feel her and that awareness alone, resonating deep within, is so life affirming and forever life changing!

New Moon and Full Moon rituals are a good place to start. But every phase has a tie to our beingness. Each part of her cycle can be used for our highest good and the highest good of all!

New moon-new beginnings, fresh start, setting intention

Waxing crescent- planning, activate

First quarter-taking action, inspiration

Waxing gibbous-growing, improvement

Full Moon-releasing, heightened intuition, cleansing/clearing

Waning gibbous-going within, process, nuture

Last quarter-surrender, banishing, endings

Waning crescent-rest, restore, reconnect
