Pluto entering Aquarius Jan. 20/21 2024

Here we go...it is finally happening! Pluto the planet of deep transformations and change, not all bad or good but necessary, entering Aquarius. The end of a cycle and a beginning of a new one.

Yes, but remember perception, good and bad are really a construct to try to create a structure for our minds to wrap around, it does not necessarily mean anything is either good nor bad. We can get into trouble when we label anything, so just to be aware.

We had a little taste of these energies back in the spring of 2023. It was a year of letting go, transformation, healing and rebirth for me already, so I am feeling very curious and interested about what is to come as we journey through 2024.

(of course there are other transits that are important with the faster moving personal planets Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, etc. but this is about Pluto and his transit into Aquarius from Capricorn, it's kinda a big deal!)

Pluto represents all that exists beneath the surface. It can intensify everything that is around it. Like everything has it dark and light aspects, or its higher or lower octaves of energies, but in the department of burning stuff down and getting rid of it, Pluto offers a lot of opportunity for growth and rebirth. Paired with the energies of Aquarius (queue up the dancing hippies) whoa! Oh the possibilities, am I right!?!

The energies can feel like a need to release something to be able to make room for something else to take its place. Things that possibly don't always feel great to see about ourselves in particular (the Shadow, underworldly stuff...Pluto) but in this case its about our inner and outer World and the Collective as well.

( since Pluto is exiting Capricorn a little reference may help, Capricorn, the sign of tradition, patriarchy, stability, structure..Cap is ruled by the planet Saturn, which can be described as any defining force that helps you to create structure and order in your life, representing anything and anyone that has authority over you, THE RULES)

With Pluto entering the sign of Aquarius, this shift in energy will be felt not only at a personal level but on Humanity as a whole level.

We will be feeling this transit. Pluto has been in Capricorn since 2008 and since Pluto is such a slow moving planet, it will have big, energetic force and things will happen!! Wawawewow!!!

The primary themes of Aquarius are large groups, teams, ideals and humanity.

Aquarius rules the 11th house of the zodiac, with the planet Uranus, the Great Awakener, the planet of surprise and freedom and originality. Aquarius, the epitome of "Let Your Freak Flag Fly" In society it rules radical ideas and people, as well as revolution and upsetting established structures, so with all that info it starts to paint a picture of what to expect.
