This is what I am getting from these cards.

It’s about the balance. The giving and receiving. It’s about being in the 9 of Pentacles energy, luxury, success, rewards, appreciation but how did you get there? If you have not got there yet, how will you? There will have to be some sacrifices, possibly, there may be something or someone (possibly a mindset or pattern) that needs to be released to make space for the new thing to arrive or for you to leave something behind so that you can reach the new destination, whatever that may be for you and your situation.

The Tower always brings with it an opportunity to make a change. (usually whether you like it or if you are ready for it or not!) You may be living an illusion, maybe you need to take off your mask and expose the truth? The familiar could be broken down and removed from your comfort zone. The Tower reminds you to let go and let the ego fall away. It could be what might happen if you don’t make a change. This is a head’s up from the Universe, saying “Hey, wake up or…”you fill in the blank.

The Gebo card is about gifts, partnership, sacrifice, fair exchange and honour.

A Swan is also represented here and is a symbol to the gift of lasting love, of a promise and a bond, joining with a partner, sacred exchange, honouring commitments. This type of Union can come in many forms, be it romantic love, friendship, family and business. If you are willing to give generously you must be able or willing to receive generously. If you are willing to receive, then in turn, you must be able to release, greatly. When blessed you can in turn bless. Here we are back to that balance that is needed for the harmony we all seek in the many facets of our lives.

Remember change is a given, and really it is all happening for our highest good and the highest good of all, And So It Is!

Sometimes you need to see or hear things and this felt very much guided and from Spirit…so

I saw this quote the other day when I was doing a Reiki treatment with a client at my local Hospice center and it feels like it needs to be shared…

Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.

My optimism, then, does not rest on the absence of evil, but on a glad belief in the preponderance of good and a willing effort always to cooperate with the good, that it may prevail.
