This is a pretty straightforward reading and the messages are beautiful. These are all good things to see, feel and do, that is for sure! Sometimes when we are going through it, something like this comes along and reminds us of the power we have in the ability to co-create our realities with Spirit, Source the Universe or whatever you want to call the force that guides us along this journey of being souls having a human experience, in a body, human beings, being human.

Profound. Amazing. Incredible. Beautiful. Wonderful. Fulfilling. Loving. Kind. Caring. Worthy. Valuable. Perfect.

(felt the need for some positive affirmations there, so I went with it!!☺️🫶💕)

Listen to your heart and Feed your Spirit are so important for you or someone you know to do at this present time. If you don’t know what to do or how too, Call in your Angels and they can guide you on your next steps. They are always available to you, on stand by, awaiting your call for their support. They cannot act on your behalf without you asking and you have to give them “the green light to go” before they can intervene for your highest good and the highest good of all.

No. 44, in esoteric circles, has been called the “double manifestation number, referring to our increasing capacity to be co-creators of our own reality here on Earth.”

The number 4 represents the form-based world we live in. It stands for Earth and the physical/material world. It also represents foundation and structure.

So that’s awesome, am I right!?!

Things you can do to get into your heart space and nurture yourself and your Spirit are the things that you used to do or love to do when you were a child. It could be dancing (by yourself or with others) singing, skipping, playing, making art, being in nature, getting creative and being playful, joyful and full of curiosity and wonderment of the World and all its beauty. Meditation, journaling on what you are grateful for, gets you right into your heart space and if you practice or make time for these things (all or just one or two even) you will be able to hear the whispers of your heart and it will not steer you in the wrong direction.

I like to place my hand over my heart and one on my belly when I am tuning or tapping into my heart centre, taking cleansing and grounding breaths, quieting the mind and getting into the body. I am attuned to Reiki and IET, but you don’t have to be (it helps but not necessary) you have an intention to open up your heart chakra and allow that stream of Love to flow out of you, allowing that energy of Love and kindness to flow back through you and back out again, visualizing the infinity symbol, the giving and receiving of that beautiful flow. That alone will feed your spirit! But in that space, that frequency, you can and will unlock whatever it is that will nuture your spirit and soul. You already have all that information inside of you and sometimes you just need to take a few moments and consciously become aware of your gifts, your beautiful heart opening and all it has to offer not just you but in turn the Collective as a whole!
