I was drawn to many different decks for this reading and the messages are interesting.

Ok, here is what his is saying to me.

We have Goddess energy here with Demeter, goddess of life and death. She brings with her the guarantee of blessings of fruitfulness and the possibility of the coming of an abundant life filled with joy and hope.” Feels very Empress-like energy ( a 3 card from the Major arcana in the Tarot, an Archetypal and fated, life lesson-y vibe)

We have the Tree of Life energy saying “to be whole in life’s journey you must have deep roots and high branches to be able to weather any storm..” both are quite big themes. Having roots growing deep into the Earth, the unconscious, and branches growing, reaching up and connecting to the heavens, Spirit, or Source, that Co-Creation or connection required for this experience.

The 4 of Cups in reverse is about shifting your perspective ever so slightly, so you can see your circumstances or situation in a brand new light or a different way. Confirming the weight of both the other cards, Between Worlds & Chop Wood. There could be a feeling of not sure what is coming around the corner or not being able to see what is ahead. There is a transition happening and you must let go of being able to control the outcome. Release and surrender to the fact that “you don’t know” and find the freedom in that.

The progression of this reading is that of ultimately being grounded in the everyday experience, possibly even the mundane, and having humility.

Let life “wow” you in small, everyday kind of ways! Be excited and curious for the things that will be and grateful for the things that are no longer coming along with you for the ride!

So regardless of what is going on, chop wood and carry water. The things we must continue to do as life moves on. As we do that, in turn, we continue to move forward as well.
