Ok, wow. This is what I am getting from this reading.

Discovering Truth & The Lovers cards are from the bottom of the deck. When I began shuffling the decks, I was drawn to the bottom of both decks when I picked them up.

So some pretty big themes here.

"You stand in the Light of Truth." My goodness, the Lovers and the Devil side by side definitely points to a relationship and a choice to see the Truth about it, about yourself or the other people involved. (it could be a romantic one) I am happy to see the 6 of Swords there, with the Swords, water and the boat (mindset, emotions and movement or a transition and moving away) from whatever this might be.

The Desert Passage card confirms that "Trust there's a divine plan" even if it seems like you have a desert of emotions to deal with or that you see in front of you. It feels like you are that lone Shepard, that maybe is the same young man in the Discovering Truth card. Like him, you walked away from something because you recognized the truth of being part of these people or part of this flock isn't right for you. The Lovers is about being brave and going with what your heart is saying to you. Its about being different or having different views or beliefs, values even. If you look at the image of that card, he is packed up and walking away from his flock, the people and his village in search of what is going to make him happy. So in the Desert Passage card, it can seem like a lonely place, the feeling of having nobody maybe. But with the Lovers card next, it is that you have made that choice. You have unshackled yourself from that Devil (it can be many things your shadow, attachment, addiction, toxic patterns, mindset, that monkey on your back, whatever is oppressive or a burden to you.)

The good news here is that you are moving away from this. Sometimes when you see the truth of a situation, it is impossible to go back. This is the case here. You have been made aware and now you know better. Learned a lesson. Call it Divine intervention, we do have Archangel Raphael on the scene here. He is all about healing and Unconditional Love. This card is asking you to choose Love. Love yourself most importantly first and that will help you to make heartfelt, compassionate choices. The Lovers card always asks you, wherever it is in a reading to, Do what is most Loving. This will open you up to what is waiting for you on the other side of all this.
